About me

Frances is the College Librarian at Union College, Schenectady, NY. She is responsible for the Schaffer Library, Adirondack Research Library and the Union College Permanent Art Collection. Frances has been at Union since 2012. Prior to this appointment, Frances was at Emory University in a variety of roles including Division Leader, Public Services. Frances also worked at Hamilton College as the Director of Public Services. Frances currently serves as the chair of the Lever Press Oversight Committee. Frances is the 2004 President of ACRL.
